• Weekend weddings during the months of July, August and holiday weekends are subject to a two (2) night minimum stay.
• Wedding groups booking three (3) or more rooms/suites, will be charged a $5.00 gratuity fee per room for housekeeping services.
• Rooms/suites that the Bride/Groom will be responsible for payment may be held with their credit card. Payment in full is due 30 days prior to guests arrival. A 30 day cancellation notice is required.
• All other rooms/suites can be reserved on a "first served" basis and will also require a 10 day cancellation notice. There is a $25.00 cancellation fee for any cancellation once the guests book their own rooms.
• If guests would like to wish the Bride and Groom "Bon Voyage" we can arrange a room at the Village Pancake House (3 minutes up the street from our facility) or a catered affair at the Eagle House Restaurant on Rt. 133.
• We cannot provide amenities such as a room use, exercise room, pool or spa use for anyone except registered guests of the Country Garden Inn & Motel per insurance regulations.
• Complimentary champagne for Bride and Groom.
• All quoted rates are based on double occupancy and are subject to change.
